Goût de France / Good France [fr]
On 19 March 2015, over 1 300 restaurants worldwide will celebrate French gastronomy.
Under the patronage of chef Alain Ducasse, the Goût de France / Good France event celebrates on the same evening, throughout the world, the excellence of French cuisine.
This international event brings together over 1 300 chefs and illustrates the incredible diversity of French gastronomy and its openness to traditions and products from the world. It is also follows the inclusion of the “gastronomic meal of the French” on the UNESCO list of the intangible cultural heritage of Humanity and is a way to help enhance its influence worldwide.
Vanuatu will also take part in the event : The “Jardin des Saveurs” and its chef, Francis Mouroux, and “L’Houstalet” and its chef, Clément Martinez, will both be part of the evening of 19 March and help present French gastronomy with a Vanuatu taste.
